Our Story
Ever since its Foundation , The Gaia Initiative brings together environmentalists, students and community leaders across disciplines with a shared vision: to reimagine humanity’s relationship with Earth.
The Gaia Initiative takes its name from Gaia, the Greek goddess symbolizing Earth’s living unity. Guided by this principle, we unite communities worldwide to tackle climate change, safeguard biodiversity, and create solutions that serve both people and planet.
Born from a small grassroots effort, The Gaia Initiative now unites changemakers across 20+ countries. Our work creates sustainable solutions that heal ecosystems and empower people worldwide.
